Malin Head

Donegal County Council is currently leading out on the development of the Malin Head Development Project. Donegal County Council has sought funding under the Lough Agency’s EU INTERREG IVA funded Marine Tourism Project for the development of a cliff-top path at Banba’s Crown and the upgrade of visitor amenities, including a disabled viewing area. The project will be complete by May 2014 and will provide added value to visitors arriving at Ireland’s most Northerly Point. Donegal County Council continues to work with the Malin Head Community Association, local landowners, Inishowen Development Partnership on the development of Malin Head as a world-class visitor attraction.
