NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 81, PART 8 OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS, RELATING TO A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT BY DONEGAL COUNTY COUNCIL
TAKE NOTICE that Donegal County Council proposes to carry out the development of a Digital Hub at Main Street Carrigart in the Letterkenny Municipal District as described in the schedule below.

Donegal County Council proposes to carry out the following works;
Associated ancillary works to include demolition of the existing building, site drainage, connection to the public water supply and other services, landscaping, appropriate boundary treatment, development related signage and connection & discharge to the public sewerage network. All associated ancillary site works shall be located within the town land of Carrigart in the Letterkenny Municipal District. |

Note that in accordance with Article 120(1) (b) (i) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) Donegal County Council has concluded, based on a preliminary examination of the nature, size and location of the development, that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) is not required.

Submissions and observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development is situated may be made in writing to The Co. Secretariat, Donegal County Council, Lifford, County Donegal, before 4.30pm on Tuesday 16th July 2019.
