In the event of an Election or Referendum taking place a Supplement to the register is prepared. This allows for eligible people who are not included in the live register to apply for inclusion up to 14 days before polling day- application should be made on form RFA2.
A person may also apply to have their address changed for the Supplement, application form RFA 3 should be used for this purpose.
Faxed or e mailed application forms will not be accepted.
