Broadband in Bundoran
Located on the main N15 route from Co. Sligo into Co. Donegal. Bundoran is a noted holiday resort with a resident population of over 1600 people.
Donegal County Council are working in partnership with Bundoran Town Council in the provision of the Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) for Bundoran.
Route:
The route of the network is along the main street of the town with loops through the main business areas in the core of the town. The network also includes the newly constructed Bundoran – Ballyshannon bypass which greatly extends its reach to the Magaheracar and Finner areas. Back haul to the main ESBT connection is via the bypass towards Ballyshannon. The overall route is approximately 8.1kM in length.
