Broadband in Donegal Town
Donegal Town is the administrative centre for the south west of Donegal along with being the location of a number of small, medium and large industries. It is also a centre for tourism in Donegal. It has a population of over 2400 people and it is the location for the IDA’s South West Donegal Business park.
Route:
The route of the network covers the main street network in the centre of town and includes spurs out the Drumlonager, Killybegs and old Ballyshannon Roads. The network also includes the periphery of the town along the town bypass. Backhaul to the ESBT network is provided via a splice point at Tullyloskan. Overall the route is approximately 14kM in length.
