Donegal County Council would like to announce the opening of the Civic Amenity Site in Laghey, Co. Donegal on Friday 7th December 2007. The site will facilitate the recycling needs of householders of South Donegal.

Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm
Saturday 8.30am – 2.30pm

- Food & Beverage cans
- Textiles
- Paper
- Plastic
- Tetra Pak (Milk / Juice Cartons)
- Electrical Equipment
- Fluorescent Tubes
- Waste Cooking / Engine Oil
Free Services
Glass, Cans, Textiles and Waste Electrical Goods will be accepted free of charge.
Service Charges
- €5 per car accessing all remaining recycling facilities.
- €15 per LARGE VEHICLE or VEHICLE WITH TRAILER for access to all recycling facilities.

€5 tickets will be on sale in the following shops:
- Kee’s Esso Filling Station, Laghey
- Kee’s Eurospar, Laghey
- Laghey Post Office, Laghey
- Ballintra Post Office, Main Street, Ballintra.
- CENTRA, 31 Clar Road, Donegal Town.
- Quinlan’s Shop, The Diamond, Donegal Town.
Cash will not be accepted as the Civic Amenity Site
