Donegal County Council, through its Coiste na Gaeilge and in association with the Irish Summer Colleges, are offering Scholarships to attend Irish Colleges in the summer of 2009.
The Scholarships are being offered to students between the ages of 10 and 18 years of age living in non-Gaeltacht areas within County Donegal, or who reside in the Gaeltacht but are not in receipt of any grant under Scéim Labhairt na Gaeilge.
Donegal County Council acknowledges, with thanks, the continued support of the Colleges for the scheme.
The Council will be responsible for selecting the successful candidates.
- Successful candidates will be selected through an Open Draw.
- Those who have not received a Scholarship before will be entered into the initial draw. Those who have received Scholarships in the past will be entered onto a Reserve List.
