Proposed Social Housing Development at Trusk Road Ballybofey

The development objective is to provide a high-quality, sustainable predominantly senior citizen housing scheme, designed to Universal Design and NZEB standards that will help address the existing social housing needs of the Ballybofey / Stranorlar area.



The proposed development will consist of the construction of a 19 no. unit 2-storey development consisting of 16 no. 2- bedroom housing units and 3 no. 3 - bedroom housing units with a communal facility and enclosed private residential courtyard, complete with landscaped area and carparking, new access road, temporary wastewater treatment plant connecting to existing foul drainage and all associated site works at Trusk Road, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal



Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection (or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy) between the hours 9:00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm on Fridays, during the period from Thursday 12th March 2020 to Friday, 22nd May 2020 at the following location:
