Permit under Article 59 of the Road Traffic (Construction and Use of Vehicles) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 5 of 2003).
Permits under Article 59 are intended to deal with
- Vehicles normally used in places other than a public road and used on a road only occasionally when travelling to or from such places.
- Vehicles carrying an INDIVISIBLE article of such dimensions as to contravene the Regulations.
Completed Application form for Special Permit must be submitted to the Roads & Transportation Dept., Donegal Co. Council, Co. House, Lifford.
