A Draft Donegal County Development Plan 2012-2018 and Environmental Report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of section 11 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2010.
Draft County Development Plan 2012-2018 - Update
The Manager’s Report on the submissions received during the recent public consultation was considered at a meeting of the Council on the 16th January 2012 and has resulted in a decision to publich material alterations to the Draft Plan. These alterations will initially be the subject of environmental assessments followed by a further period of public consultation on those alterations before the Plan is finally adopted in summer 2012. The commencement of the public consultation period will be locally advertised in the coming weeks and the documentation will be available for inspection at the Council offices and on the Council website.
