Following an indepth community consultation process, the preliminary designs for the PEACE III Pettigo Tullyhommon ‘Termon’ project are now being submitted for planning approval to the Planning Authorities North and South of the border. Four separate planning approval processes in relation to the project are required as follows:
- Part 8 Application for the Termon Centre Site to Donegal County Council;
- Part 8 Application for the Termon River Project and Environmental Improvement Works in Donegal to Donegal County Council;
- An application by the Methodist Hall to the NI Planning Service for the Methodist Hall works;
- An application by Fermanagh District Council to the NI Planning Service for the Termon River Project and Environmental Improvement Works in Fermanagh.
The preliminary designs for all the proposed works are currently available to view in ADoPT Offices, Main Street, Pettigo (9:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday).
