Important Changes Affecting Planning Applications  from September 2011

Please be advised that changes have been made to Planning Legislation, including the commencement of the 

 Planning and Development (Amendment) (no 3) Regulations  that came into effect on 21st September, 2011. The latter include changes in respect of the details to be included in the planning application form and site notice that must accompany a planning application. 

Any application which is not fully compliant with all the Regulations on or after 17th October, 2011 will be deemed invalid by Donegal Local Authorities.
