Proposed Extinguishment Of Public Right Of Way at Doonan, Donegal Town, Co. Donegal.

Take Notice In Accordance With Section 73 Of The Roads Act 1993 That The Above Named Council As Local Authority For Its Administrative Area Proposes To Extinguish The Existing Public Right Of Way Over A Section Of The Old Doonan To Drumark Road At Doonan, Donegal Town, Co. Donegal Measuring Approximately 430m Metres In Length, From A Point 150m West Of Junction With Existing County Road LS 6605-1 To Stepping Stones At Ballydevitt River.

Further Take Notice –

  1. A map showing the section of the old county road over which it is proposed to extinguish the public right of way may be inspected during normal office hours at the Donegal Public Services Centre, Drumlonagher, Donegal Town in the said county during the period commencing on the publication hereof and ending Monday 26th February, 2007.
  2. Objections/representations may be made in writing to the said Council addressed to the Roads Office, Donegal Public Services Centre, Drumlonagher, Donegal Town aforesaid on or before Friday 9th March 2007.
  3. Any person making such objections/representations as aforesaid may also make a request in writing (which can be part of their written objections/representations) to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by the Council for the purpose.
  4. The Council, if it considers it appropriate, may afford a person who makes a request as in paragraph 3 above the opportunity to state their case at an oral hearing as above.

Proposed Extinguishment Of Public Right Of Way at Corveen, Barnesmore, Co. Donegal.

Take Notice in accordance with Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993 that the above named Council as Local Authority for its administrative area proposes to extinguish the existing public right of way over a section of the old LP 1945-4 County Road at Corveen, Barnesmore, Co. Donegal measuring approximately 160m metres in length from junction with existing LP 1045-4 to end of road.
