NEW FOOD WASTE REGULATIONS FOR BUSINESS OR PREMISES
If your business or premises generates Food Waste you now have obligations under the New Food Waste Regulations that came into effect in January 2010. The main obligation is that if you generate food waste it must be separated for collection or treatment. From 1st July 2010 food waste cannot be disposed of to landfill.
