New arrangements at Recycling Centres in 2012

Donegal County Council can confirm that Bryson Recycling, has won the concession to operate the Letterkenny, Milford, and Stranorlar recycling centres. The Council will continue to operate the remaining three recycling centres at Dungloe, Carndonagh and Laghey.

The new arrangements will come into effect from January 2012. The company will be carrying out a comprehensive advertising campaign and providing further details in relation to their service in the coming weeks. There will be a significant reduction in the recycling charge from €10 per car to €4 per car and revised opening hours.

The Council can also confirm that the recycling charge at the remaining three recycling centres at Dungloe, Carndonagh and Laghey will also be reduced to €4 per car from January 2012. The opening times at Dungloe, Laghey and Carndonagh will remain unchanged as follows, Dungloe and Laghey Thursday 10.30am – 5pm, Friday and Saturday 8.30am – 2.00pm, Carndonagh Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 8.30am – 4.30pm.

From January 2012 Bryson Recycling will operate the three Recycling Centres at Letterkenny, Stranorlar and Milford. Bryson Recycling will conduct a comprehensive awareness campaign in relation to the new €4 recycling charge and the revised opening times for each site. Milford Recycling Centre January 2012
Wednesday 10.30am – 7pm, Friday 8.30am – 5pm, Saturday 8.30am – 2pm 

Stranorlar Recycling Centre January 2012
Tuesday 8.30am – 5pm, Thursday 10.30am – 7pm, Saturday 8.30am – 2pm. 

Letterkenny Recycling Centre January 2012
Thursday 10.30am – 7pm, Friday 8.30am – 5pm, Saturday 8.30am – 2pm
