Notice of Evaluation of Donegal Regional Waste Management Plan
This is to advise that the Donegal Waste Management Region has commemnced an evaluation of the Donegal Regional Waste Management Plan and, consequent on this evaluation, the Plan will be revised or replaced as necessary to comply with the Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC) transposed through European Communities (Waste Directive) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 126 of 2011). The existing Donegal Waste Management Plan must be evaluated by 31 December 2012.

Waste Management Plan 2006 - 2010
A copy of the Donegal Waste Management Plan 2006 - 2010 may be inspected at the offices of Donegal County Council during normal office hours 9.00am - 12.30pm and 1.00pm - 4.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
