On Thursday 17th May 2018, to celebrate the Representation of the People Act, 1918, Donegal County Museum invites you to come and be inspired by the women of the past and to join in a collective conversation spanning 100 years .

Join us for the morning session 10am – 12.30pm in the Regional Cultural Centre, Letterkenny where speakers will explore the story of women’s lives over the last 100 years.

These exhibitions explore the story of these iconic confectionary manufacturers and their impact on social, cultural and political life in the twentieth century.

Following the tours, you are invited to take part in informal group conversations exploring issues particularly in the areas of work and political representation and to consider how we can continue to ‘Press for Change’ in the Ireland of today.
