The Archives Office & Research Room

The County Archives office, Exhibition Room and Research Room are based in Lifford, situated on the first floor of the Three Rivers Centre.

It should be noted that, unfortunately, there is no lift and disabled researchers or those with restricted mobility should notify the Archivist in advance so that an alternative room, on the ground floor, can be made available for research.

Appointments

Access to the Archives to carry out research is by prior appointment only. A week’s notice at least is preferred. In order to make an appointment, contact should be made with Archives staff by phone or email. Opening hours in the Archives are from 9.30 AM to 12.45 PM and from 1.30 PM to 4.15 PM.

Donating Archives
