Declaration of Public Roads and Taking in Charge of Housing Estate Roads Act, 1993 Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) November 2022 Notice
In accordance with Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 and Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Donegal County Council to consider making an Order that the housing estates listed hereunder be taken in charge with roads being declared as public roads.

Alternatively, arrangements can be made to view the maps listed above at any of the public service centres from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday by contacting the council on 074 9153900, until 8thDecember 2022. Any objections or representations to the proposed declaration may be made in writing addressed to the Planning Authority, Estate Take Over Section, Neil T Blaney Road, Letterkenny not later than 22nd December 2022.
