Donegal Co. Council propose to make a property available at Moville Pier, Moville for short term lease to local interested parties only, associated with a marine use. The yearly rental reserve value is €12.50 per square metre. Expressions of interest should be submitted to the address below and should indicate proposed use of the property and best rental offer € per square metre. In the event that more than one suitable use is proposed, lease shall be awarded based on the highest € per square metre rate tendered.
