Congratulations to the winners of the Best Kept Council Housing Schemes in Glenties MD who were presented with their awards at the Glenties Municipal District meeting yesterday.

The winners were:

• Ballina, Falcarragh, represented by Caitlín Uí Laifeartaigh and Gráinne Ní Dhuibhne in the Large Scheme category.

• Ard McGill, Glenties represented by Anthony Thompson in the Medium Scheme category.

• Ailt Aoibhinn Phase 2, Meenaniller, Derrybeg represented by John Coyle in the Small Scheme category.

• Ailt Aoibhinn Phase 1, Meenaniller, Derrybeg represented by Gary & Sarah Williams in the Special Efforts category.

• Clós Naomh Dúigh, Annagry the winner of the Best Improved category.
