The Corporate Plan sets out the strategic direction for Donegal County Council over the lifetime of the Council. In preparing this Corporate Plan we have taken on board the views and perspectives of a broad range of stakeholders including elected members, our staff, partner organisations, service users, customers and the wider community.
This plan presents a broad framework for action for Donegal County Council in terms of driving enterprise and growth, in supporting economic development & job creation and enabling the delivery of quality services and supports.
