Lifford-Stranorlar Members visit Ballybofey Social Housing Construction

The Elected Members of the Lifford-Stranorlar Municipal District visited the new social housing homes under construction at Coill an Airgid, Ballybofey, on 27^th June 2025.

The development consists of 14 no. energy efficient social housing units which will be delivered over three phases by MBC Building Contractors Ltd.

• Phase 1 – consists of 3 units (3 x 2 bed single-storey dwellings) due to be completed by the end of June 2025. 
• Phase 2 – consists of 4 units (2 x 3 bed two-storey dwellings and 2 x 2 bed apartments) will be completed by September 2025.
• Phase 3 – consists of 7 units (2 x 2 bed two-storey, 3 x 3 bed two-storey, 2 x 2 bed apartments) will be completed by the end of 2025.
