On March 10th, 2026 the Elected Members of Na Gleannta Municipal District visited the new Council Housing Estate at Radharc an Oileáin, Gaoth Dobhair.

This turnkey development comprising of 29 no. highly energy efficient housing units is being completed in 3 phases of development by Roarty Developments Ltd.

Phase 1 11 units
Phase 2 8 units
Phase 3  10 units

Construction of Phase 1 is substantially complete and consists of 1 no. x 4 bedroomed property, 6 no.  x 3 bedroomed properties, and 4 no. x 2 bedroomed properties.

This phase of the development will be ready for letting at the end of March 2026.

Construction of Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the development is ongoing.
