N15 Ballybofey & Stranorlar - Improved Pedestrian Crossing Scheme
Donegal County Council is seeking to improve existing pedestrian crossings at strategic locations on the N15 to provide a safe passage for pedestrians.
N15 Main St, Ballybofey – Scheme Location Showing Proposed Works.
The proposed scheme aims to improve pedestrian safety within the urban realm and to create greater awareness of the crossings for approaching motorists.
Key Upgrades include:
- Upgrading of 5nr. existing pedestrian crossings located along the N15. The revised pedestrian crossings to be constructed similar to the layouts shown below.
- Carrying out necessary modifications to sections of existing footpaths at 3nr. other locations along the N15.
- And to complete all other ancillary and tie in works associated with the proposed scheme.
