STORM ÉOWYN - PRESS UPDATE

Donegal County Council advise the public that road conditions throughout the county are treacherous this morning with fallen trees on numerous routes. Advice is to remain in place and not to travel until this storm has passed and it is safe to do so.

Donegal County Council will be monitoring #EowynDL on social media and the public are encouraged to use this “hashtag” when posting local issues on Facebook or on X (Twitter)

The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine has issued a Fire Danger Notice, Condition Orange, for all areas where hazardous fuels such as gorse, heather, dried grasses, and other vegetation exist. The Notice is in effect until midday on 19th May 2025.

The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine has issued a Fire Danger Notice, Condition Orange, for all areas where hazardous fuels such as gorse, heather, dried grasses, and other vegetation exist. The Notice is in effect until midday on 6th May2025.

Motor Taxation 9.15am to 12.15pm, and 1.15pm to 3pm (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Cash Office 9am-12.30pm, and 1pm-4.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Other Services 9am-12.30pm, and 1pm-4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
