In accordance with Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 and Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Donegal County Council to consider making an Order that the housing estates listed hereunder be taken in charge with roads being declared as public roads.
Extent of Housing Estates that is subject of the taking in charge application made under Section 180 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended)

Any objections or representations to the proposed declaration may be made in writing addressed to the Planning Authority, Estate Take Over Section, Neil T. Blaney Road, Letterkenny, not later than 8th May 2026.
