BUNCRANA URBAN DISTRICT/TOWN COUNCIL: A SHORT HISTORY
Donegal County Archives has produced a short history of the earlier years of Buncrana Urban District (later Town) Council to celebrate its centenary in 2014, and also to mark its demise this year as a local authority.
Earlier this year Donegal County Library and Museum, in association with the Archives, had exhibitions to mark the histories of Letterkenny and Bundoran Town Councils.
A pdf of the Buncrana booklet is now available on this website, and hard copies are available on request from the Archivist.
