Voids and Social Housing Energy Efficiency Retrofitting Programme
European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Regional Operational Programme 2014 – 2020
The Voids Programme and Social Housing Energy Efficiency Retrofitting Programme make funding available to improve the standard and overall quality of local authority social housing stock. The programmes also aim to help in meeting Ireland’s commitments in relation to carbon emission and energy reduction targets for 2020.
Eligible Energy Efficiency works carried out under the Social Housing Energy Efficiency Retrofitting Programme (Phase 2 works only) and the Voids Programme attracts funding to the Exchequer from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2014 – 2020 Operational Programme at a rate of 50% of co-funding.
