Section 261A of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Further matters in relation to control of quarries)
Donegal County Council have now completed its examination of all Quarries within the County under Section 261(a) Legislation (Planning & Development Act, 2000 – 2011).

All Quarries where the Determinations of Donegal County Council which are the subject of an appeal to An Bord Pleanala can be viewed on the Board’s website. http://www.pleanala.ie/
