NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 81, PART 8 OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS, RELATING TO A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT BY DONEGAL COUNTY COUNCIL
TAKE NOTICE that Donegal County Council proposes to carry out the following development of a playground and car park in the townland of Altaghaderry, located in the Inishowen Municipal District as scheduled below.

Donegal County Council proposes to carry out the development of a playground in Killea in the townland of Altaghaderry in the Inishowen Municipal District. The proposed development will include the following works;

Note that in accordance with Article 120(1)(b)(i) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) Donegal County Council has concluded, based on a preliminary examination of the nature, size and location of the development, that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) is not required.

The proposed plans will be available for inspection from Friday 20th September 2019 – Friday 18th October 2019.
Submissions and observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development is situated may be made in writing to The Co. Secretariat, Donegal County Council, Lifford, County Donegal, before 4.30pm on Monday 4th November 2019.
